I have finally run out of excuses to lose weight, work out consistently and eat healthy!! So, I signed up for an 8 week program called "Mama Wants Her Body Back," and this blog is one way to keep me accountable and well, let's face it, I need all the positive feedback and encouragement to make it to the end.
The program is every Monday and Wednesday at 5:45- 6:45 am. I am so lucky to have my mom and mother-in-law come over at the crack of dawn so I can do this.

I am supposed to keep a food journal and work out a minimum of 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. I am promised big results if I commit myself 110 %.
Monday was assessment day and boy was it a rude awakening! But my instructor, who is awesome, sweet and obviously hard core said, "Don't judge, just do." Okay, no more excuses!!
Today was a full work out and it was tough.
At one point I though I could not go on, but I did, just barely.
I have 3 goals for this 8-week program:
1. Lose 15lbs
Commit to the food journal
Workout 5 days a week and bring more activity into my daily routine
Track progress and set up weekly mini goals
2. Tone my body equals lose inches
Commit to all workouts
Make all workouts count- no more excuses
Stay focused in form- do moves correctly
3. Stay positive and motivated
Accountability- this blog will help me accomplish this goal
Cut the bad self talk and push through all the excuses I think I have to not push myself
